What to Expect in the Training Program:

Sales & Customer Service

• Represent client brands through direct, face-to-face marketing

• Learn the full sales process from initial contact to closing

• Focus on building relationships and identifying customer needs

Leadership & Team Building

• Gain experience in team management, training, and hiring

• Learn how to coach and motivate peers

• Take ownership of team performance and leadership initiatives

Business Operations

• Learn the administrative and financial side of our business

• Understand the full recruiting cycle and how we scale teams

• Participate in daily strategy and goal setting
